Terms and Conditions for StellaMaris 142 and 144

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of StellaMaris 142 and 144 holiday rental apartment (“Apartment”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between the guest (“Guest”) and the property owner or manager (“Owner/Manager”). By booking the Apartment, the Guest agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment:

1.1. Reservation: The Guest must make a reservation through the designated booking platform or directly with the Owner/Manager. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email.

1.2. Payment: The Guest agrees to pay the total rental amount, including any applicable taxes, fees, and security deposit, as specified in the booking confirmation. Payment methods accepted may include credit/debit card goverened by Paybridge, and affiliate from Nightsbridge, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

2. Check-in and Check-out:

2.1. Check-in: Check-in time is at 14:00pm on the arrival date. The Guest must present valid identification and adhere to the check-in procedures provided by the Owner/Manager.

2.2. Check-out: Check-out time is 09:00am on the departure date. The Guest must vacate the Apartment by the designated time and return any keys or access devices to the Owner/Manager.

3. House Rules and Conduct:

3.1. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the Apartment is 6 (six) guests. The Guest must not exceed this limit.

3.2. Smoking and Pets: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the Apartment. Violation of these rules may result in eviction from the premises.

3.3. Noise and Disturbance: The Guest must respect the quiet enjoyment of other residents or neighbouring properties. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate eviction without refund.

4. Damages and Security Deposit:

4.1. Security Deposit: The Guest may be required to provide a security deposit to cover any damages or losses incurred during their stay. The deposit will be refunded within 7 (seven) days after check-out, subject to inspection of the Apartment.

4.2. Damages: The Guest is responsible for any damages to the Apartment or its contents caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit, and the Guest may be liable for any additional expenses.

5. Liability and Indemnity:

5.1. Liability: The Owner/Manager is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the Guest or their belongings during their stay, except where required by law.

5.2. Indemnity: The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner/Manager from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Guest’s use of the Apartment or violation of these Terms.

6. Amendments and Cancellations:

6.1. Amendments: Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the Owner/Manager.

6.2. Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. The Guest is responsible for any cancellation fees or penalties as outlined in the booking confirmation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].

8. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Guest and the Owner/Manager regarding the use of the Apartment and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By booking the Apartment, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
